About Us

Judit Sós

I am Judit Sós, a lawyer, mediator, mental health specialist, and family and couples therapist in training. My journey into the field of relationship therapy stems from a deep belief in the transformative power of authentic and joyful relationships. I am passionate about helping couples rediscover intimacy, strengthen their bond, and navigate the complexities of human connection.

My Approach

My primary mission is to create a space where couples feel safe, supported, and accepted. I believe that true intimacy begins when partners can share their authentic selves and express their deepest feelings and needs without fear of judgment. However, I also recognize that this is often easier said than done. Obstacles such as shame, misunderstanding, and fear can create barriers to genuine connection. My role as a therapist is to guide couples in overcoming these challenges, helping them reconnect with themselves and each other in meaningful ways.

The Value of Connection

For me, relationships are at the heart of a fulfilling life. When we nurture and invest in our relationships, we open the door to joy, personal growth, and resilience. In my work, I aim to empower couples to embrace vulnerability, foster understanding, and build a foundation of trust and love. These elements are essential not only for creating a satisfying bond but also for maintaining a strong and healthy partnership over time.

A Shared Journey

Every relationship has its unique story, and I approach each couple with curiosity, empathy, and respect. Whether you’re navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, or seeking to deepen your connection, I am here to support you on this shared journey toward a more fulfilling and harmonious relationship.

Eszter Resnick

I am Eszter Resnick, Special Education Expert, Family Therapist and EFT Therapist. Throughout my professional journey, my primary goal has been to help couples and families reconnect and find joy in their shared lives, while navigating the inevitable conflicts that come with close relationships. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where people can explore their emotions, rediscover each other, and build stronger, more meaningful connections.

I firmly believe in the power of authentic living and the beauty of embracing imperfection. My own path of self-discovery has been shaped by various experiences, including individual EMDR therapy, couple therapy, systemic self-awareness groups, dance, yoga, and meditation practice. These experiences have deepened my understanding of human connection and emotional healing, and they continue to inspire my work.

As Ann Voskamp said, “Shame dies when stories are told in safe places.” This philosophy guides my approach: fostering a therapeutic environment where vulnerability is met with acceptance, and where shared experiences open the door to new perspectives.

I am also dedicated to contributing to the professional field of neurodiversity. Some of my recent work has been featured in:
